I bought this product for my grandpa on recommendation from one of my friend. My grandfather is having arthritis problems particularly in knee and he is already taking doctor's prescribed medicines. But after starting Glucosamine I felt the sudden improvement in his health. The product helps lubricate joints and supports bone cartilage.
Its been 3 months now and he is recovering quite well. He took 2 capsules daily after food. I'm quite impressed by the product and its result.
