I have tried many different Glucosamine Sulfate tablets / gels and find this gives the best price / performance. It looks a little bland and nondescript but does what it says on the bottle. Price is reasonable and recommended overall.

Pros:

Good budget option. Does what it says on the bottle.

Cons:

Can be hard to find in retail outlets.

The instructions are hard to swallow....

It didn't really work for me. No side effects, it was a good price and easy to swallow- but it had no lasting effects. I went back to my prescriptions

My grandfather was taking this for his arthritis before he died, because his insurance stopped covering his regular pills. He said it hardly worked at all. He was pretty much in pain every moment of the day until he got back on prescription pills.

Guess it's not for everyone.

I have been having extreme joint pain for the past two months so my doctor recommended that I take a supplement that would promote joint support.
I just hate that I have to take it three times a day! I have not noticed improvement yet, but the doctor feels that taking this will have long term benefits.
