I get frequent heartburn and these are just as effective and cheaper than Tums. They calm that burning in my esophagus so I can go back to bed. I often carry a few in my pocket to the gym because when I exercise I often have heartburn.

Very hard to swallow because they taste so bad. I have to pinch my nose

Tums brand is much better!

In an attempt to save some money, I decided to try these instead of the Tums I normally buy. I got the peppermint flavor that I prefer. The taste wasn't that bad but the texture was really powdery. I was able to finish the whole bottle, but I will not buy them again and have not bought them again. I would not recommend these really. I mean they are OK, but I would rather spend the extra 50 cents.

Cons:

Texture is too powdery.

These antacid pills are great. While they keep your bones strong and healthy they will also clear up heartburn and the like.

The chalky taste
