In trying to add calcium to my diet, I bought these pills at my local Sam's a few years ago. I finished the bottle but did not buy them again because the pills are HUGE and hard for me to swallow. If you do not have issues with pill size, its a good deal and I would recommend them; however, if, like me, you have a hard time swallowing pills, do not get these.

600 mg each tablet, 1 tablet daily

These pills contain 100 % of Vitamin D, 90 % of manganese, 60% of calcium, 50% of zinc and copper, and 12% of magnesium according to daily values.

Its odd that a calcium supplement would have only 60% of the daily value in it. Even so, it worked fine. By the time I had my breakfast cereal and my mid-afternoon glass of milk, I had met my daily values with this pill.

Huge pills, doesn't have 100% of calcium.
