This is a pretty good product and works relatively well. For my arthritis in my knees and my hubbie's old injuries from broken bones, it does help a little bit.

I purchased Glucosamine MSM back in August with the hopes of improving my joint pain. After taking as directed for about 2 months now my joint pain is reducing. I have noticed that my joints also seem to be a bit more flexible.
