The fact that it's a serum is supposed in increase absorption rate but I don't seem to notice any significant improvement compared to traditional tablets. I guess it is effective, but so are all the other glucosamine products with similar concentrations.

Cons:

Expensive. Doesn't seem to be anymore effective than other similar products which were cheaper.

Don't buy into the hype of this one. I've had this recommended to me on multiple occasions, and nothing changed. I don't know if i was supposed to use it a way they didn't instruct, but the way I did, it was useless. I've recommended others on this site that are worth looking into, but this one is absolutely worthless.
