My dad recommended that I take this supplement daily to boost my immune system, as I was getting a lot of colds. I started taking it at the beginning of the year as a new year's resolution and have not had a cold since! I would recommend this vitamin to everyone! Who wants to be sick and if this can help its worth it!

Easy to swallow gel pill.

Cons:

Kind of expensive unless you buy it in bulk at a warehouse store like I do.

These promote heart/immune health, but the best way it helped was getting rid of hemorroids. I had bleeding hemorroids and after taking these for 3 days, they were completely gone. An added benefit!
