I took this supplement for a bit, but I prefer drinking green tea. When I drink it I can feel a bit of energy (non caffeinated) and I see a difference in my skin. The pills didn't seem to give the same effect.

I would not recommend this to anyone because it is a poor supplement. You would be better off drinking that cup of green tea that this pill is promising you because it surely doesnt.
Green Tea is very useful for improving your metabolism rate. Really very helful in growing age. Tablets are hard to take but still GNC Green Tea is good supplement for anti aging.

Green Tea is supposed to be good for you and it is. I just won't take it in pill form again. It was definitely difficult to swallow and this did absolutely nothing for me. I have taken green tea in powder form that you put in your hot tea and I could tell instantly, that the product was working. I was feeling energized. With this pill, I did not feel anything. .

I bought this because of all the rants and raves about how great green tea is for you. I would much rather drink it then take it in pill form. I really dont think its got the same feeling as drinking a cup of green tea. No energy boost at all.
